Most messages are answered within one to two working days. Data protection requests under GDPR are answered within thirty days at the latest, in line with Article 12 GDPR. Editorial corrections that affect the visible content of a country page or article are usually applied within one week of being verified against the official source.

Most country, calculator and methodology questions are already answered in the Resources section and in the FAQ at the bottom of every country page. If you cannot find the answer there, send a short message describing the country, the calculator and the exact field that surprised you, and we will respond with the breakdown.
