Die meisten Nachrichten beantworten wir innerhalb von ein bis zwei Werktagen. Datenschutzanfragen nach DSGVO beantworten wir spätestens innerhalb von dreißig Tagen, gemäß Art. 12 DSGVO. Redaktionelle Korrekturen, die den sichtbaren Inhalt einer Länderseite oder eines Artikels betreffen, werden in der Regel innerhalb einer Woche nach Verifizierung gegen die offizielle Quelle umgesetzt.

- Which channel should I use for a data correction?
- Send the correction proposal to content@workdaten.eu with a link to the page that needs updating, the specific value or sentence that you believe is wrong and a link or PDF reference to the official source. Editorial corrections that pass verification are usually deployed within one week.
- Do you offer commercial partnerships or content licensing?
- Yes. Reach partners@workdaten.eu with a one-paragraph description of the partnership idea, the audience and the rough scope. Common formats include co-marketing, sponsored topic guides, integration partnerships and content licensing for HR and payroll platforms.
- How do I exercise my GDPR rights?
- Send your request to privacy@workdaten.eu describing the right you want to exercise (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection). We answer within thirty days as required by GDPR Article 12, and most requests are resolved much faster because we hold very little personal data per visitor.
- Can I request a feature or new country?
- Yes. Reader-suggested features regularly become priorities in the roadmap. Send the request to contact@workdaten.eu with a short description of the use case and the country or feature you would like to see. We will share an indicative timeline if the request fits the roadmap.
- Do you accept guest articles for the resources section?
- Yes, on a selective basis. Articles must be original, well-sourced and in scope (European working calendars, payroll, VAT, holidays, cross-border employment). Send a short pitch with topic, working title and outline to content@workdaten.eu before drafting the full piece.
- How long does it take to hear back?
- Most messages are answered within one to two working days. We monitor the inbox during European working hours from Monday to Friday, and responses on Saturday or Sunday are best-effort rather than guaranteed.
